QUOTES

All quotes are valid for thirty (30) days. All quotes include cleaning and collection of hired items, if this occurs outside of business hours, an additional charge of late hours fee will be incurred.

DEPOSITS

All weddings require a 10% deposit upon booking to secure the wedding date. Full payment of all weddings is required four (4) weeks prior to the wedding date.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Dusty Gypsy reserves the right to photograph all arrangements upon installation for promotional material use.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made within 3 months of the wedding date will result in loss of the complete deposit amount.

PROPS + HIRED ITEMS

All props or hired items provided by Dusty Gypsy are the property of Dusty Gypsy and provided on a hire only basis, unless purchased by the customer or client. Dusty Gypsy collects all props after the wedding and if broken or not returned a damage fee will apply. If props are to be returned by the client, this must have occurred within one (1) week of the wedding date.

CHANGES TO DESIGNS

Any changes or add ons to the design needs to be advised within 3 months prior to the event. Price may change depending on the extras
